Septoplasty and correction of a nasal deviation

I underwent septoplasty and correction of a nasal deviation that was visible on the outer edge of my nose. The technique used was closed rhinoplasty, and a file was used to remove the nasal hump. However, my main concern now is that the nose has become noticeably wider from the front view.

The surgery was performed on January 9th 2025, and this outcome has had a significant psychological impact on me. I feel that the doctor may not have performed the procedure correctly, as the nose now appears much broader than expected.
