Anyone else my size have 550cc implants?

Am I going too big? I am a small A Cup and I am getting 550cc and am being told by some friends that’s too big! I am 5’4 and 135lbs, my doctor said for the look I am wanting that is the perfect size and I am looking for a fuller look!
