I am on my third week of accutane (40mg) and my face is a horrible mess. HORRIBLE blackheads (so many its repulsive), dryness and some pimples that take forever to heal. Also, my skin looks bumpy even where there are no blackheads, it's awful! Does anyone know why this is? It's the worst on my forehead.
I had moderate acne to begin with, but it was resistant to everything I have tried (which is A LOT).
I am praying this will work for me. Did anyone else get worse before they got better and how long does the "worse part" last?
