Can someone please help me with what I should do differently or what to try to get rid my stomach fat and tighten my abs? I am wondering what can be done outside of getting a tummy tuck. Lasers? Treatment? Different exercise? Because no matter what I do, my stomach just sticks out and hangs if I bend over.
I have not gone through some big weight loss. I have been between 115-135 most of my adulthood. No pelvic floor problems. I have never been pregnant. No, I don’t have any tumors, cysts, POS, nothing inflammatory happening. I am in otherwise good and in fit shape, muscle definition. Low stress. I sleep 8hrs, live actively, lift weights, strength train, Pilates, some HIIT, 5x/week, make 10k steps, I eat healthy, clean 99% of the time, and a high protein diet, no processed food ever and only water, no alcohol ever. I do not overeat, I consistently have to eat more than I want to get more protein in. I am consistent with my lifestyle. I have been working at this for 4+ years and it doesn’t budge. I am 116lbs, 5’3’’, female age 35. I have a short torso and long legs, which don’t help here.
Has anyone ever had fat accumulate here and been able to get rid of it?
