Strategic use of Hylenex for lips overfilled and possibly resistant?

I posted something similar over on the lip fillers page....

I got 1ml of Restylane Kysse in my lips two weeks ago and they were way overfilled...tried to have it dissolved with a syringe of Hylenex the other day but it doesn't seem to have worked very well. If anything, the product evened out some of the filler (through massage) and reduced the inside of my lips a little bit, but not the top or the viridian line. The top lips especially look overfilled and I have some very hard regions

I'm looking for advice for how to place an additional syringe of Hylenex in a few days. I don't think I have the heart for any more after that. Should it be placed along the viridian line and more on the right side rather than left? Do very small injections in many places help? I'm just concerned it won't all dissolve still and so I will need to be strategic.

Pic of me with my lips stretched out to see that the top lips are way overfilled and the right side hardly reduced, while the left side reduced a bit more.
