Hi - I got a rhino/septoplasty procedure done around 2 1/2 weeks ago. I went in yesterday and my doctor had taken out some stitches in my nostril. This morning I was rinsing my nose with a netipot, and a string came out of my nostril thats long.
Do I cut or pull out? It seems like its a disolvable sitch.
