I had lipo 360 about 7 months ago and got my final result photos today. While I definitely do see improvement, I don't like that my flanks are a bit uneven and still have some size to them. My surgeon said he took all the fat he could take out of them and the remaining doughiness is just due to loose skin.
Any thoughts on if that sounds right based on my pictures and if it's worth me getting a second opinion for a potential revision?
