As you can see from the picture, my nose is thick and a little bit bulbous.I had a football accident where i was hit underneath my nose really hard. I am not sure how much this affected my nose, but the accident definitely deviated my septum and messed things up a bit.I want my nose to look even and smooth, don't mind the ethnic look of my nose, I just want a smaller version of it. Question is: What procedure needs to be performed? I am willing to travel, please tell me if you can do this.
