I had a tertiary rhino 1.5 weeks ago that used rib cartilage to make my semi-retracted columella more visible and stop the tip from drooping when I smile. Issue is, my tip is super, super elevated. It dropped maybe 1-2mm after my cast came off but it hasn’t dropped any more yet. In the past my nose dropped 1-2 days following cast removal. Anyone else with a sturdy strut graft see their tip drop? And if yes, how long did it take? I look absurd from all angles, but particularly from the 3/4 view.
