HiI have done quite a lot of research on Rhinoplasty abroad especially Turkey, due to the cost compared to the UK. Not only the cost, of course i look at the results, credentials, after care etc. I found so many online, even Surgeon's advertised as "Best in Turkey" yet their reviews are pretty bad. Some asking for £700 consultation and deposit without even meeting them. A lot of packages include the surgery, transfers hotel fees etc
