I am a fit and healthy 41 year old woman who is a size 10 but I am deeply unhappy about my arms. The tops are strong and muscular but the underneath (bingo wings) are awful - I haven't worn anything sleeveless for over 10 years. I am going for a consultation in a couple of clinics in London but most of the reviews of here seem quite negative about results. Any advice or thoughts would be really helpful, I feel confused!
