Victims of "structure rhinoplasty"

More about Rhinoplasty

I had a nose job where my domes were sutured together, columella flattened, infratip removed, and lateral crural strut grafts were placed. This seems to be a common trend these days and I see a lot of women getting these weird long pointy noses on profile view, but they look short and fat on front view. Has anyone had these awful techniques reversed to get a more natural look especially on the bottom of the nose. It used to have a long "V" shape now it's like a short blunted triangle.
