I am a working female. I have found that I can't wear the aligners 22 hours a day. I like to sip my coffee in the morning, in the car, and at work and can't always rush off to brush my teeth at work or out on business. I told Smile Direct I am wearing them 3 weeks instead of 2 and they said they can't guarantee my results. So far my teeth have moved and are looking good. Has anyone else had to alter their program because of reality? I tried the 22 hour a day wearing but it was very difficult.
