I am currently 4.5 weeks post Rhinoplasty and Nasal Graft surgery to help me with some breathing problems I was having. At about 2.5 weeks post surgery I started sleeping on my side. I do not smoosh my face against the pillow, I just turn my body to the side. Is this a huge issue/will this affect my final results? Thanks for the advice.
