3 years ago I got 550cc silicone breast implants everything was good until a few days ago my right breast is tender and sore to the touch hurts when i lay on that side I can feel the soreness in front of my breast where the nipple is feels better when I hold my breast I am worried what can be wrong. Im hoping its not an infection.
