Choosing btw. Motiva ergonomix2, 265cc, mini & 250cc, demi - 5'6 118lbs 34A

I need some advice and ideas. 

I'm a 34AA, breast width 11.5/12cm (according to two different doctors). 170cm, 54kg (5'6", 118lbs)

I'm going for motiva ergonomix2 /joy program. And I'm wondering what profile will better suit my body and idea of the outcome. 

Since I have a 11.5/12cm BWD, the 265cc mini profile with a base width of 11.5 would suit well. On the other hand the 250cc demi has a width of only 10.5. 

It's hard for me to imagine which one will give me what look. I'm looking for a natural, rather lower profile breast, but do want that bit of upper pole fullness and nice cleavage. 

Is the demi too narrow / the mini too wide on my chest?
