Hi whoever reads this before their surgery. Let me be the big sister i wish i had before undergoing Laser Liposuction under local anesthesia here in UK in November 2024

IT. IS. PAINFUL.

Let me say it again in case you didnt read it properly.

IT. IS. VERY. PAINFUL

Forget the lies that it is painless and you wont feel anything because you have local anesthesia. You absolutely feel it all. I dont know who started that rumour of it being painless and just a little uncomfortable feeling. It is a lie.

You are given Gas and Air (what they use during childbirth) through a mask to inhale during the procedure but that still doesnt stop the pain.

You will also hear a very high pitched long beep sound in your head when they are doing the Vaser part and headphones dont work, its inside your head.

Some people cry through the whole thing, some scream (me) but i can guarantee most if not all was not told of the pain they will be in.

Will you be able to walk away after they are finished? yes because it is only local so it wears off quite quickly BUT you will not forget that pain.

I would not recommend Vaser under local anesthesia to anyone.
