Please can someone help me , it may seem trivial to some but it's taken over my life , I have a very bulbous mons area , to the point I look like a man with a large area , can't wear a nice dress as it shows , as it does in swimsuits , some trousers etc. It's got so bad I won't go out unless I'm in baggy clothes or go naked in front of my husband . It seems like the same thing has gradually grown on top of my ribs under my breasts , dresses don't fit , bras don't fit and hate being naked even in my own . Am depressed , have fybromyalgia and no self confidence . I have seen a plastic surgeon but just can't afford it as an a carer and my GP says I can't have NHS help , I want to work so I can save but I can't . My marriage is suffering and I feel like my life has come to an end , surely something can be done that's not so expensive ? I truly just need advice and help please !!!
