i am 8 weeks post breast augmentation and whilst I'm very happy with the results so far, I do feel like my implants sit quite low and I would have preferred more upper pole fullness. I'm getting paranoid I could be bottoming out - my nipples sit centrally when I'm relaxed but do point up a bit if I sit very straight with shoulders back Or raise my arms above my head. Scar is still mainly in crease on one side and has always sat a few mm above the crease on the other. Opinions much appreciated
