I had revision breast augmentation and an implant was ruptured. When I was registering my new implants I realized my old ones were under warranty. The doctors office has a right to have the money sent to them from Mentor and then to me if they choose. Now I'm having trouble getting them to send it to me. The warranty includes 2 new implants and $3500 for surgical fees. Has anyone experienced this? It feels very wrong. Thank you!
