I am 10 months post opp from a breast lift/reduction with implants ( I don't have the exact size at this moment but they are approx 325-350 silicon implants). After loosing 60 lbs I was left with sagging and deflated breast, my goal was to lift them and restore volume. We had discussed resotring the fullness with implants to achieve a D cup breast with the lift procedure and reduction to help with asymetry. I was afraid from the begging that they would be to large as it was really hard to gage the size I would be with existing large breast. I am now unhappy with my result my DD to DDD breast are to large for my frame. They have continued to grow after my procedure with small weight fluctuations, but I am significantly larger than I was post opp. I am wondering if I should just remove the implants all together or just reduce my implant size? I have undesirable results and it has been bothering more than ever lately.
