I am a 22 year old female with sub muscular 360 CC Natrelle Saline-Filled implants. Before my 1st pregnancy I was a 36C and a 36DD after pregnancy. I underwent a breast augmentation and a donut mastopexy 4 months post pregnancy in August 2010. I came out with breasts that were still large (larger than I wanted). I've had them for 2 years and 4 months. I'm currently 22 weeks pregnant in my 2nd pregnancy, and would like to remove the implants postpartum. I was a 36D after my surgery and I am now a 36DD again and my boobs are still growing. I am looking at a doctor in Fort Walton Beach, FL, for I live in Dothan, AL. The cost of the first procedure was $6,000; what is the average cost for a capsulectomy in conjunction with a breast lift? Does anyone have any advice as to what I should do or doctors in the Panama City Beach, Fort Myers, or Daytona Beach area that they recommend? My first breast surgery was done 4 months postpartum; can I do it sooner, say 3 months? I don't plan on breast feeding and I want to get the implants taken out as soon as possible. I experience physical discomfort everyday; I can't exercise, shopping is nightmare, and I am constantly uncomfortable from day to day. I am also concerned about the scars that I have from my first procedure. My left areola is also a lot larger than the right so I would like to reduce the size of the areola. I would like very small boobs, in the b cup range (like the size of a lemon) with very small areolas like pre pregnancy (about the size of a nickel). Is this possible to achieve with a capsulectomy and a breast lift with minimal scarring? Please help!
