Hoping to get some opinions as my two surgeon evals gave me completely opposite opinions on what to do. I'm currently a 32B, but was a 34D...lost breast tissue over the last few years cutting for body building competitions (and I'm 50). One doc said I'm very narrow, at 11 breast width and suggested 260cc high profile, or at biggest a 340cc ultra high profile. He said I need high profile options because I need to add fullness, mainly at the top of my breasts and that moderate profiles won't work because I cant fit them wide enough to get the volume I'd need. The Second surgeon said absolutely do not to do high profile, he said they won't fill me out at all and it will look like balls sitting on my chest (I'm very lean at the moment), and to do moderate at 340-360cc. He measured my breast width at 13 and was looking at implants with a 12.5 width. I'd like to get back to around a D look, but I'm very confused by the conflicting opinions. I don't want to look super fake with big round balls sitting on my frame...but also read that Moderate profiles don't actualy help with loss of volume at the top of breasts.
Any other lean / narrow width ladies out there that are willing to share what they did or can give me some advice / examples or additional questions to ask? Now trying to find a 3rd surgeon to consult with since the opinions were opposite. I'm also 5'10 for reference, the 1st surgeon said that is another reason the high profile would be better. Thank you!!!
