Dent in breast after capsule removal and implant exchange

I know it is still early days (1 week post OP).. i had capsular contracture in my left breast, so I had the capsule removed and replaced implants (previous 300cc silicone behind muscle, now 400cc silicone behind muscle). I now have this massive dent in my left breast where the capsule was removed. As the OP was done overseas (communication barrier), I was just hoping anyone had some sort of advice for me. From what I understood, the surgeon says he put stitches on the inside of my left breast, and that is why the dent is there. I know it is still very very early, but I am just a bit worried it will settle itself out. I read that massaging the problem area could be effective, but I am unsure at what stage I should start doing this. Grateful for any advice!
