More about Breast Implant Revision

Hello.

This is my first time posting here, and I am doing so in a spirit of frustration with a glimmer of hope. I am a trans woman, and in August of 2024 I had feminizing top surgery as well as vaginoplasty performed, both by the same doctor. The results of both have been a nightmare, and I regret ever having had the procedures done. I have found there to be a mind numbing lack of desire in local doctors to see me, or to even to hear my request to be seen in consultation for advice on what I may do to fix the problems that have arissen from the surgery. I have given up hope on having any kind of revisional work done on the aftermath of the vaginoiplasty, but I would like to at least have my breasts done correctly, if possible. I am going to include a picture taken of my upper body this morning to illustrate my concern, and what I wish to change.

I am at this time unable to afford any surgery, as I have not been able to secure employment since being dismissed from my job after having had this surgery, so I am not expecting to have anything done immediately. In fact, I am aware that surgery may be off the table for me going forward due to this. So, the reason I'm posting here at all is in some hope that someone can either- A) direct me to some organization or charity or something that might help, or B) be able to tell me how I might go about feminizing my body more without surgery.

The issues that I see are 1) that my breasts are uneven, to a cosmetically unappealing degree, 2) they are no larger than they were prior to surgery (I want them to be as large as possible. I care about size and mass, not having "perky" or "athletic" breasts), 3) they are too far appart and do not have a feminine shape, 4) my nipples are at uneven levels and look really bad, 5) The surgical scars left by the implants are too low and visible.

On top of all of this, there is continuous pain in my right arm and shoulder now after the surgery, and that arm's range of motion has been decreased because of it. I know that there are doctors out there who can help, I have had the fortune to speak with one of them. But my financial situation prevents me from getting any real help. Therefore, I'm turning to this forum in hopes that something positive can come of it.
