I'm planning to have rhinoplasty mainly to remove a slight hump, but the doctor will also rotate the tip up slightly to make my nose a little more feminine. Debating whether I tell friends, coworkers in advance that I'm having the surgery OR not say anything. Will it be really obvious that I look different because I "had a nose job"? What has been people's experience with this?? One doctor told me to just get a new hairstyle and people will think that's the change! Thanks!!
