I had my silicone implants and capsules removed in March, 2013 and I'm so happy that I did.   My breasts feel wonderful.  Having said that, I've found that my breasts are really saggy and very small, which is fine, but I would like to be just a bit larger with a little more fullness at the top.  And when my PS removed the capsules, she must have started at the same spot on both breasts because I have a definite indentation (almost deformed looking) when I lift my arms up.  So I want to get that corrected.  I thought I would have a very small breast lift at the same time.  I don't want to look perky; I just don't want my nipples pointing toward the floor.  But of course I'm concerned about future mammograms, calcium deposits, etc.  Also, I'm quite thin, so the PS would have to take fat from my buttocks and that would have a flattening effect.  Having implants again is not an option thank you, never again.  I live in the Sacramento/SF area and any recommendations to a PS in this area would also be helpful.  I'm having a consultation with the PS that removed my implants in October. I hope a few of you have had some experiences with this procedure and would be willing to get back to me.  Thanks.
