My first surgery was initially successful, but my breathing slowly worsened and my septum re-deviated. My 2 revisions not only did not correct the deviation, but also caused a nasal valve collapse..in which cartilage from my ear was used as support, but still without a positive result. Each surgeon I've consulted with has a different view on the appropriate approach to a 4th surgery, so how do I find know which surgeon would be the most suited for this next revision?
