Hi All, I'm looking for a doctor that can do a perfect asian eyelid blepharoplasty. I do have double eyelids but my eyelids are hooded by the heavy eyelid. Therefore, I always look angry or uninterested when I am just content and relaxed. After 25 years of age, I am so over the fact that whenever my face is resting, i can seem like I'm extremely mad or angry, bored, all of the above.
