Husband not supportive of explant

More about Breast Implant Removal

I had my second BA in 2012, revision for very bad capsular contracture. My results are ok but I have a lot of rippling which is uncomfortable where it pokes through my skin. When I lie on my side it hurts. I have had implants for 18 yrs and am feeling I just want them out. My husband does not support me. He told me he might not be sexually attracted to me without them. We've been married for 17 years, no kids. Is this a reasonable response? I guess it's honest but not really what I had hoped to hear. We already have some problems with intimacy so I am afraid it might ruin our marriage if I have them out. Any advice would be helpful.
