Does my implant removal cost at $9800.00 seem reasonable?

Dr. not associated with my insurance co. I am having my implants removed and called the Dr. that implanted them for the removal.  im being charged 6200.00 for the removal and another 3600.00 for a capsulectomy.  I do not have any capsules contraction or other issues.  I asked about using my insurance and they said they were not affiliated.  first,  does the price seem reasonable? Second, can I submit anything to insurance to have the explant covered? I am at my 10 year mark and they cause me neck, shoulder,  and back pain due to the large size.  Thanks
