Have you done piriform fossa filler with a reputable injector (preferably a doctor) in the southern CA area that you'd recommend? I have super deep smile lines from weight loss and genetics and I know filler in this area would look good but I am terrified of VO or any other complication with the arteries in that area.
I want to find someone who uses ultrasound to try and make the procedure as safe as possible. I inquired at some places like Luminous Medical Aesthetics and I am considered that dr but she primarily specializes in using ultrasound to dissolve filler vs inject it so I am hesitant. I want to go to someone who injects that area often, uses ultrasound, and is highly experienced, professional and thorough. Any suggestions would be extremely appreciated!!
