I want to have filler injected into my piriform fossa for my nasolabial folds. I had this done years ago, and though it smoothed my folds, it made my nose crooked. I need to find an injector who has a lot of deeper anatomical / structural expertise — which I now know is very important when injecting the piriform fossa due to the proximity to the nasal base. Please help!
