For years now I have been begging, pleading, arguing, convincing, stating scientific proof and legal requirements from prividers (such as Bellafil)... Doing the impossible to fight my rights to be not injected in the blind.
Injecting dermal filling substances under bright surgical theatre lights is the same as injecting blindfolded. Such lights act as a filter and everything on your face looks smooth and even. Injecting fine wrinkles and lines, or acne scar irregularities, which require precicion, ends with disastrous results every single time. Angle/contrast lightening is a requirement in certain semi permanent fillers, such as Bellafil, but it refers to any type of filling substance. It is schokingly obvious! Only once in my life my smile lines were injected under angled light - dark on one side, bright on the other, and I couldn't believe that the filler was actually where it was supposed to be. I cannot go to Italy every single time though.
Yesterday I was put down and ridiculed for even mentioning such light, and "at least markings" for my smile lines. When is this going to change?
