My labia used to fill with blood and become engorged during foreplay but now I’m worried that my surgeon has removed too much of my sensitive parts especially the glans that helped me become aroused and now I am left with dry and very bumpy labia lips that are shriveled up with no feeling. What can I do? Would revision surgery on the scars help bring back the sensitivity and the oily lubrication that I once experienced again?
