Late onset inflammatory response to fillers

I received filler in my jawline in April, under my eyes in June and in my lips in August. Two weeks ago all of these injected areas have become firm and swollen. For the past week, my doctor has been treating me with allergy meds, antibiotics, and hydrochlorothiazide. The inflammation is subsiding (slowly), but the areas are still firm. I justed started on prednisone today.

3 Questions:

How long does it take for Prednisone to start working?

Is there any chance these areas will become soft again?

If I dissolve the filler with hyaluronidase will it also dissolve my own tissue?

Thanks!
