Almost two weeks ago. Before I went for surgery I was dieting and lost 15 lbs I felt motivated and wanted to start a new healthy start. Long story short I just stepped on the scale out of curiosity and I’ve gained 12 back! I was hoping I would’ve even been down more. Am I just over thinking this and getting depressed for no reason ? I’ve been eating normal and healthy so i know it’s not my diet but Is it just water weight ?!? I’m so nervous
