Lipo and excess skin removal on lateral chest wall

Hi all, I had a breast reduction many years ago and, because it was covered under our medical system (and I didn't have the funds for additional work), the surgeon did not perform any lipo on the lateral chest. I'm left with fat deposits on each side ... my 'boob-pit muffin top'. It's puffy and sometimes spills out over the top of my bra. I'm about to have a tummy tuck and the surgeon that originally did my breast reduction said he'd do just lipo on the area. The surgeon I ended up booking with said he wouldn't ever do JUST lipo, that the skin needed to be removed as well. Essentially a little 'tuck' procedure on each side plus lipo. Anyone had this done AFTER their reduction?  Not sure what to expect. Thanks!!!
