Liposuction help!I’m 4 days post op. I had uplift , re augmentation and lipo (supposedly vaser) flanks and stomach.
When I came to the surgeon stated the vaser machine broke. Overheating and burnt his hand so he made the decision to perform ‘normal’ lipo. I was under at this point so obviously no consent or discussion about it. My surgeon is a trusted and experienced surgeon.
I’m not sure how to feel about this. He said my results will be the same ‘fat gone’ but I feel I’m not going to have the honed results I wanted what about the skin tightening effects of vaser.
I now feel soo depleted about this I’m in agony and for what !
I'm very bruised but only on one side no other bruises and no wounds to the back where I thought the flank would be taken from and i wasnt drawn up at the back either.
Do I have grounds for revision? Refund ? Do I just wait and see how I look. I only had a v small amount of fat to take and do have good skin laxity no stretch marks etc. he said he was lucky it was me as another patient with not so good skin he wouldn't of continued
Any advice , I’m UK based.
