Loss of mid face projection

More about Rhinoplasty

I had a rhinoplasty approximately 4 weeks ago. I realize swelling and all the things take time; however, I feel my mid face has lost its projection, my nasal tip seems to be very droopy and I can no longer see my nostrils while looking face on. It seems to have flattened and elongated my face in a way that no longer brings balance. I have had an extremely hard time with the way I am looking and I am not sure I can see it becoming any better. Does this look like normal swelling/healing? My surgeon is very experienced but I feel has brushed off my concerns as of right now. I did want to refine my nasal tip and did not have and bone work done but I feel I look significantly worse. Has anyone had an experience similar?
