7 Months Post-Rhinoplasty — Will This Hump Improve?

I had rhinoplasty 7 months ago in Miami to remove a large hump. During surgery, my nasal bones were broken/repositioned and I also had grafting. After surgery, I developed a hard, uneven hump on the left side of my bridge, which makes my profile look humpy again.

My surgeon told me it could be scar tissue from where the bone was broken and advised me to massage it. He said at my next follow-up he would decide if it needed to be rasped. Sadly, my surgeon unexpectedly passed away before that appointment, and now I feel completely left hanging with my results.

I can’t afford another surgery, so I’m really hoping there’s still a chance this could improve with time. At 7 months, could this still soften or flatten naturally if it’s scar tissue?
