Hi I had fat grafting done in august 2014 and its way too full. I had a physician tell me she could dissolve some using thermage, she seemed quite confident. I particularily need it beside the nasiolabial folds but if i get liposuction am i at risk of neeve damage? what would you suggest? and if i wait will the fat naturally dissolve or is fat grafting permanent? people tell me different things...
