2 months after otoplasty & 'reaction to suture' behind ear

Hi everyone,

First time posting here and would like some opinions&comments on following topic(s):

1) It's been 2 months after otoplasty and although it's been better than before, I am not sure whether it looks good or not and would like to hear honest opinions. Sometimes they look to me too edgy on top, sometimes too pinned in the middle etc.

2) I have had 'granuloma' as surgeon said, as a result of 'reaction to suture' and he cleaned it 2 days ago and now it's recovering normally, but I've noticed that ear 'healed'/got connected to skin of head and now I'm afraid it will remain like that (and if it will, what are consenquences - if there any). Surgeon said it SHOULD get smaller and disappear through time but that he 'does NOT know' if it will be like that, actually. So...I would like to hear opinion on this as well - is it dangerous if it remains like that, are there any other risks etc.

Wish you all speedy and good recoveries.
