I am 25 days post op and 6 days late for my normal monthly period. (Not pregnant). I read that surgery can postpone your period due to stress on body and hormonal changes from stress. I did have general anesthesia. Has this happened to any of you? How long did it take for your period to be regular again? I don't take any hormonal contraception.
