Wound dehiscence after labiaplasty (trim method), should I be worried? Girls please share your similar experiences with me.

After my labiaplasty, I took 10 days off work, only stayed in bed with a pillow, elevated, and with ice - I did not touch the area at all, except washing with a peri pottle. But some parts are splitting out.. Are there other girls/women who experienced this, and how did you handle it? How was finally the esthetic result on the open wounds area? I've been told it will heal by itself, but how?
