I believe that the plastic surgeon used too narrow an implant, simply to remove it from his consignment inventory

This surgeon's office was accused of doing this, as was told to me by a women who had researched them to do her BA. Anyway I would like information as to how breast implant consignment works, and if anyone else is aware if this has happened. My bandwidth is 13.9 cm, the breast implant used was 12 cm and was high profile. Consequently the outcome is small round baseball looking breast, the ball in sock look. Very little lower pole fullness and a round convex breast, that literally look like small balls on my chest. The implant used was Alergan Nattrell Highprofile 20-425, 12 cm in diameter and 5.2 projection. I discussed at several visits, my desire for a natural sloping breast and narrow cleavage space. I have a wider chest and am muscular, with a breast width of 13.9 cm, I should have had a 2 cm larger implant, and to achieve a natural slope a much smaller projection.   I adamantly stated that I did not want the fake boob look nor a convex boob. Which is unfortunately what I have, a wide cleavage and round upper pole, with a small lower pole. I also have pulling at the scars, when I raise my arms, the skin around the scar pulls and looks distorted. Any and all help is gratefully appreciated.
