I’m interested in rejuvenating my hollow tear troughs. In the past, I’ve tried a hyaluronic acid filler and had multiple rounds of fat transfer, but I feel that the area is once again hollow.
Has anyone tried prf or prp under your eyes and seen positive results in this area? Were they comparable to filler once all the swelling subsided?
