I literally want the tip of my nose which is thick skinned ever so slightly refined and less bulbous via a closed approach, I have had two previous rhino plasties on the do to put a rib graft in but now it's not balanced with the tip.
tip has never been touched before but due to two open rhinoplasties previously it needs to be closed.. ive looked everywhere can someone please recommend someone that's reliable and will give a subtle change I can't emphasise that enough a really minor subtle change to the bulbous tip.
