Can anyone recommend a UK surgeon who will remove implants and capsule en bloc?

I have 20 year old 240cc silicone over muscle implants, one has ruptured and I want them removed en bloc because of this.  Its difficult to find a recommended surgeon who is experienced en bloc. Does anyone have recommendations in the UK?
