What is normal after liposuction? I had minimallh invasive liposuction at a clinic in Seoul about 6 weeks ago. I had my inner thigh and flanks done and after about three weeks my inner thighs looked amazing albeit with some skin that will need longer to heal. My flanks are another story. While there has been somewhat of a difference... they are very big still and it appears that either the area is swollen, or the skin is sagging; there is also this strange discoloration, not bruising but it is a tad darker around the area. They seem to protrude now further than before. When I visited the clinic last they said it appeared they removed the fat from those areas well, but it's almost impossible to see the difference. I ampraying it is not a skin issue due to the fact that it's in an area where the skin is rather tight. What was your recovery for Lipo like? Did you experience any sagging issues?
